These wooden boats glide through the tranquil water, taking you past houseboats, floating gardens, and markets. Sunset and sunrise rides are especially popular. Early Morning (for floating market/calm) or Sunset (for reflection/scenery). Houseboat Stays Traditional, intricately carved wooden houseboats offer a unique and luxurious accommodation experience right on the water. Year-round, but pleasant during spring/summer. The weather is pleasantly mild (15°C to 30°C), flowers are in full bloom (including the Tulip Garden nearby), and all outdoor activities and water sports are available. Autumn (Shoulder Season) September to November Considered by many to be the most beautiful time for scenery.
