Good family movies are hard to find, which explains why parents simply grateful for options often grade on a curve. Enter two streaming this weekend: “The One and Only Ivan,” a Disney+ film that brings heart and not much else to adapting a popular children’s book; and “The Sleepover,” Netflix’s latest diversion aimed at the Disney Channel demo, which makes most of those titles look better by comparison.
