“Locke & Key” clearly wants to tap into the “Stranger Things” audience, turning the bestselling comic book about kids and magical keys into a Netflix series. But the show has a too-familiar feel to it — down to all the youthful angst — making the eight-episode first season a door that isn’t worth entering.
